We will finally be able to afford a human touch after a few months. And we don't mean the hands of our loved ones, but the one that bends you to the bone, makes you open again and causes you to float free for at least another three days. It is called massage, and if you say the word out loud, it almost sounds like a prayer.
We suggest that you treat yourself to one of the most popular massages we listed below. We tried everything. And each of the massages met a period or a problem. Anyway, do yourself a favor and go to a massage at least twice a month, if you didn't meet your god before, you will meet him or her - there.

Hot stone massage

A hot stone massage treats your muscles and muscle injuries.
Massage involves the use of heated stones, usually comprising basalt. Basalt is a type of volcanic rock with a high iron content, which allows it to hold in heat well.
A massage therapist heats the stones in hot water before placing them in different sections of the body.
They may also hold the stones while performing a variety of other massage techniques.
Hot stone massage provides heat to the body’s muscles. This can help treat muscle injuries, as it relaxes them and increases blood flow to the affected area. This type of massage helps in reducing stiffness and discomfort.

Deep tissue massage

Deep tissue massage strives to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
A massage therapist slowly pushes their fingers into the skin with pressure. They use slow, solid strokes to target deep tissues.
Therapists specifically target knots in the muscles. Muscle knots, or myofascial trigger points, are specific areas of tension within the muscle fiber. The exact cause of the knots is still unclear, but they can develop from muscle overuse, such as from playing a sport or poor posture.
These knots can be sore, and deep tissue massage aims to relieve them and provide pain relief.

Reflexology

Reflexology uses different amounts of pressure on specific areas of the hands and feet to help other parts of the body. The practice may help promote relaxation and reduce pain. In some cases reflexology healed certain parts of the body from various conditions, but there is no solid evidence for this. But, reflexology may have other benefits, such as relaxation, and helps reduce anxiety in people undergoing treatment for cardiovascular issues.

Acupuncture

Its fundamentals origin in the Chinese theory of Qi flowing through your body, as our energy circulates in the human body through specific pathways. These energy flows are called meridians, and the Qi can be activated and increased or lowered via acupuncture points, where energy is stored and open; the ultimate goal behind the technique is to tune the flow of Qi and to support the tissues and organs, which leads to a healthy body. It involves the insertion of special, single-use needles in the acupuncture points. This method is known for its multiple benefits when addressing muscle tension, stress, and injuries, and helps you maintain a good energy balance, positively affects your overall wellbeing, and combat chronic pain.

Aromatherapy massage

This technique is the perfect blend for all of us who enjoy aromatic scents and essential oils altogether at the same time. The technique started by Swedish people and has become very popular worldwide, given its positive features. During the massage, you inhale the oils or absorb them through your skin. This ensures a beneficial impact on both the mind and the body, thanks to the actual influence on the nervous system. The method is further used to decrease stress and rebuild the body’s balance. Some of the commonly used essential oils include lavender oil for calming and soothing or rosemary oil for stimulating.

Face massage

Studies have shown that this daily ritual of using Gua sha tool around one minute a day, will soon bring results and long term benefits. It will improve your microcirculation by up to 400 percent, reduce wrinkles, rejuvenate, tone and smooths your skin, and even decongest the sinuses.
For a relaxing and beneficial face massage you can use our MIDNIGHT BEAUTY serum that contains powerful rose essential oil that is known for its emotionally soothing and revitalizing properties. Rub the serum gently on the skin with your fingertips and then massage your face using gua sha tool with long sharp movements extending from the nose towards the earlobe. Your skin will be radiant and your mind will feel relaxed.
