Marianne Grechko is a registered nutritional therapist (DipNT, CNM) with 6 years of experience in the natural health industry. Her key areas of expertise are anxiety and mental health. 

Marianne has a deepened interest in emotional trauma and its’ impact on physical health. She believes that health is a 360-approach comprised of healthy eating, emotional well-being, environment, sleep, movement, and natural body care. Her upbringing has always kept her close to nature and trusting in the innate intelligence of the body’s ability to heal itself.
