Oat

Although almost everyone is familiar with oats as a culinary ingredient, the plant also has wonderful and unique benefits to offer our skin. Along with proteins, oats have a natural content of vitamins (particularly B vitamins), and are rich in lipids (unsaturated triglycerides that help replenish oils in our skin).
